Builder – Full‑Stack Engineer

About the role

SafeLease is looking for a Builder who can take business problems from concept to production, working across the full stack and leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Start with the problem, understand business context, and own outcomes from idea to production.
• Write clean, maintainable code across frontend (TypeScript, React), backend (Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs) and infrastructure (relational databases, AWS).
• Use AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) as a core part of the workflow.
• Identify and implement improvements to the platform, team processes, and product quality.
• Collaborate closely with pod members, leadership, and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of full‑stack development experience with a track record of shipping production applications.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, strong ownership mindset, and ability to grasp business needs.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
