Brand Educator – Rockford/Dekalb

About the role

Join MKTG as a Brand Educator to represent high‑profile brands at experiential events across the Rockford/Dekalb area. You will engage consumers, provide product education, and help increase brand awareness during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and educate consumers at the point of purchase, experience, and consumption.
• Lead sampling journeys, distribute premiums, and follow responsible server guidelines.
• Complete digital training and brand exams, and deliver a final presentation of brand knowledge.
• Arrive on time in appropriate attire, handle promotional materials, and ensure proper care of company property.
• Capture event photos, submit post‑event recaps, and report competitive activity.

Required profile

• Outgoing, personable, and courteous with a friendly attitude toward consumers.
• Reliable – punctual and able to work the full event duration.
• Physically able to stand, walk for extended periods, and carry heavy trays or boxes.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Required skills

• Ability to complete online brand training and pass knowledge exams.
• Comfort using digital platforms for event reporting and social media contributions.
