About the role

Join MKTG as a Brand Educator to represent high‑profile brands at consumer events across the Rockford/Decalb area. You will engage shoppers, provide product education, and help increase brand awareness during evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

Actively engage and educate consumers at the point of purchase, sampling, and consumption.
Follow all Covid‑19 safety standards and responsible server guidelines.
Complete digital training and pass brand knowledge exams.
Arrive on time in required attire, handle promotional materials, and submit post‑event reports.

Required profile

Outgoing, personable, and able to build trust with consumers.
Reliable and punctual for events scheduled Thursday‑Saturday, 4 pm‑12 am.
Must be 21 years or older and able to stand/walk for extended periods.

Required skills

Ability to carry heavy trays or boxes and maintain a pleasant disposition under stress.
Comfort with using tech platforms for training, event reporting, and social‑media photo uploads.
