Brand Ambassador Educator for Diageo Brands

About the role

MKTG is seeking Brand Ambassador Educators (BAE) to represent Diageo brands at on‑site events. BAEs engage consumers, provide product education, and create memorable sampling experiences that drive brand awareness and purchase intent.

Key responsibilities

• Actively engage and educate consumers at points of experience, purchase and consumption, delivering a two‑to‑three minute brand presentation.
• Lead consumers through a compliant sampling journey, distribute premiums, and adhere to responsible server guidelines.
• Complete required digital training and post‑event reporting, including event recaps and photo contributions for social media.
• Maintain proper care of company property, arrive on time in appropriate attire, and handle promotional materials and debit‑card transactions as needed.

Required profile

• Outgoing, personable and courteous with strong consumer‑facing skills.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work until event completion.
• Physically capable of standing, walking for extended periods and carrying heavy trays or boxes.
• Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition under stress and adapt to tech platforms for reporting.

• Strong brand knowledge and ability to translate product information into relatable consumer messages.
• Effective verbal communication and presentation skills.
