Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – OBH Behavioral Health

About the role

Join BAYADA’s OBH team in Waipahu as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working in a full‑time, salaried position at our ABA center. You will deliver compassionate, excellent, and reliable behavioral health services to clients across Oahu.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill‑based assessments.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Lead group trainings and supervision sessions.
• Ensure compliance with the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.

Required profile

• BCBA® certification in good standing with the BACB®.
• Must obtain a Hawaii state license in behavior analysis before start date.
• Strong professional references and experience in behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
