Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Behavioral Health

About the role

Join BAYADA’s ABA center in Waipahu as a full‑time BCBA, providing compassionate, excellent, and reliable behavioral health services. You will work with Hawaii’s largest team of BCBAs, collaborating with colleagues and advancing your professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill‑based assessments.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Lead group trainings and supervisions.
• Ensure compliance with the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.

Required profile

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the BACB®.
• Must obtain a Hawaii state license in behavior analysis prior to start date.
• Relevant experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Hawaii state behavior analysis licensure (or ability to obtain).
