About the role
Join BAYADA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working 1:1 with children and young adults diagnosed with autism in a clinic, home, and community setting. You will implement ABA treatment plans and receive paid training and supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures according to the client’s behavior support plan.
- Collect and document behavior data, progress notes, and intervention outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist to review data and adjust programs.
- Provide habilitation, training, and community integration support as directed by the treatment plan.
Required profile
- One year experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (AHA) or willingness to obtain.
- Interest in obtaining or holding the RBT credential.
Required skills
- CPR/BLS certification.
