Bilingual Sourcing Expert (English/Arabic)

About the role

A remote, work-from-home part-time position (20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM-6:00 PM Eastern Time) for a bilingual Sourcing Expert fluent in English and Arabic. The role recruits and supports Arabic-speaking candidates in Michigan, from finding them to helping them finish their applications and new-hire paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Search resumes and job boards for qualified Arabic-speaking candidates in Michigan.
• Call and text prospective candidates about available job opportunities.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to check qualifications and availability.
• Schedule qualified candidates for in-person interviews and follow up so they attend.
• Assist candidates with completing applications and required new-hire paperwork.
• Answer questions about jobs, the application process, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records, and give regular updates on recruiting activity.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic, speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills; comfortable making many phone calls and texts.
• Organized and able to follow up with several candidates at once.
• Reliable, able to work independently from home, with a high-speed internet connection and a Bluetooth headset or device for calls.
• Available Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM-6:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, call center or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
