About the role
Join a fast‑growing bike shop chain with eight stores across the southeast. As a Sales Associate you’ll help customers discover the perfect bike, tune rides for adventures, and create memorable cycling experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing bicycles, parts, and accessories.
- Provide technical advice, tune bikes, and make thoughtful product recommendations.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with riders in the community.
Required profile
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong hospitality skills.
- Excellent listening and communication abilities.
- Desire to cultivate customer relationships and develop a personal client base.
- Commitment to delivering the best possible cycling experience.
