Audiologist – Hearing Solutions

About the role

The Audiologist will administer diagnostic audiological exams, counsel patients, families and physicians on results, and recommend hearing healthcare solutions. This position supports prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing and balance disorders for patients of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic audiological evaluations, newborn hearing screenings, otoacoustic emissions, and vestibular assessments.
• Assess candidacy for hearing aids and cochlear implants, fit and calibrate devices, and provide rehabilitation options.
• Perform Auditory Brainstem Response testing, otoscopies, and ear impressions.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, and assist in training new staff.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Audiology or Au.D. in the state of practice.
• Current state hearing aid license; preferably CCC‑A certification.
• At least 1 year of audiology experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient counseling.

Required skills

• Auditory Brainstem Response testing.
• Vestibular assessment and otoscopy.
• Hearing aid fitting, calibration, and dispensing.
• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
