Associate Strategic Client Executive, Rx Solutions

About the role

As an Associate Strategic Client Executive on the Rx Solutions team, you will serve as the primary contact for field offices, supporting post-sale implementation and ongoing pharmacy management. The role combines strategic, consultative support throughout the sales process with close work with field offices, strategic partners and PBMs.

Key responsibilities

• Offer strategic and consultative support throughout the sales process
• Review PBM contracts for compliance
• Build strong relationships with the field, strategic partners and PBMs
• Educate the field on new features and improve processes for a better client experience
• Assist with renewals and timely reporting
• Create client communications in collaboration with marketing
• Mentor other Client Managers and handle administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience
• At least 10 years of direct pharmacy experience from a PBM, carrier, consultant or pharma manufacturer perspective
• Experience with major accounts and a strong understanding of pharmacy benefits
• Relationship management experience and knowledge of benefit consultation
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and without sponsorship now or in the future

Required skills

• Knowledge of PBM contracts and experience analyzing and negotiating them (a plus)
• Current L&H licensure or ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment (a plus)
