Associate Director, Strategic Forecasting

About the role

The Associate Director, Strategic Forecasting Insights will develop strategic forecasts for products and indications, interpret market implications, and communicate insights to guide marketing strategy. This senior position works closely with Digital Human Health functions, commercial stakeholders, and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Determine appropriate forecast modeling approaches, tools, and techniques for assigned assets.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Research, Data Science, and Payer Analytics to gather inputs for strategic forecasting.
• Develop and deliver forecasts and insights for each forecasting cycle, collaborating with US and India‑based colleagues.
• Support business understanding of actual performance versus forecast and communicate drivers.
• Lead cross‑functional problem‑solving and maintain clear communication of the forecasting process.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years delivering complex analytical projects in pharma/biotech using market research or large patient/physician databases.
• Experience developing forecast models, scenario analysis, and business case development.
• Proven ability to work in highly cross‑functional, matrixed teams and lead without authority.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
