Associate Director, Regional Clinical Liaison – HIV Treatments

About the role

This field‑based position supports the US HIV Marketing Team by providing on‑label scientific and clinical expertise for HIV treatments across multiple US regions. Reporting to the Director of Scientific Strategy & Marketing Product Owner, the role shapes scientific advocacy, KOL engagement, and integrates insights into brand planning.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as field‑based Regional Clinical Liaison for HIV treatments, delivering approved scientific and clinical information to healthcare professionals, KOLs, and key decision makers.
• Expand the company’s regional scientific presence by translating approved clinical evidence and treatment individualization concepts.
• Create a disciplined feedback loop to inform headquarters about KOL influence networks, customer beliefs, and barriers to adoption.
• Attend sales meetings and national congresses, supporting local and regional events where scientific credibility is needed.
• Partner with sales, marketing, market access, and medical affairs to ensure alignment on scientific needs and account dynamics.

Required profile

• Advanced clinical degree (PharmD, DNP/NP/PA) with US residency/fellowship training preferred.
• Board certification or equivalent specialization in infectious diseases, internal medicine, pharmacy practice, or related field.
• Current US professional licensure appropriate to the role.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in the US, ideally with direct HIV clinical care or HIV‑focused public health/pharmacy experience.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams and engaging community‑based organizations serving populations disproportionately affected by HIV.

• Salary range $173,200 – $272,600 per year.
