Associate Director, Financial Systems Service Delivery

About the role

Beeline Medicines is seeking an Associate Director to lead the strategic management, optimization, and service delivery of its financial systems. The role focuses on NetSuite as the core ERP platform and bridges finance and technology to ensure accurate reporting, scalable operations, and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Own and administer the NetSuite ERP environment, including core financials, OneWorld structure, SuiteApps, and integrated finance applications.
• Lead the financial systems service delivery function, establishing user support processes, role and permission governance, and issue‑resolution workflows.
• Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, Oracle NetSuite, and external implementation partners.
• Continuously improve system configuration, maintenance, and performance to support accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
• Develop training frameworks and governance models that enable Finance users to operate efficiently and confidently.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing enterprise financial systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Proven ability to work at the intersection of finance and technology.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and scalable accounting operations.
• Leadership skills to drive service delivery and cross‑functional collaboration.
