Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process individual and business tax returns using modern professional software systems.
• Leverage technology and AI research tools to support detailed tax research and return reviews.
• Review return files thoroughly for accuracy, completeness, and potential inconsistencies prior to finalizing.
• Coordinate directly with clients to gather required documentation, answer routine inquiries, and provide clear status updates.
• Escalate complex tax matters to senior‑level team members or attorneys when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of United States individual and business tax preparation standards.
• Hands‑on experience preparing tax returns using professional tax software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for professional client and internal interactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills paired with a proactive approach to workflow management and task completion.
• Willingness and ability to learn AI‑powered tax research software and modern technology tools.
