Associate Account Executive

About the role

Rho is a modern banking platform built for the AI era, helping startups and growth‑stage companies manage finances in one connected solution. As an Associate Account Executive, you will support the sales team by generating leads, assisting senior Account Executives, and engaging with prospective clients. This role serves as a launchpad toward a full Account Executive position within a year.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct lead‑generation activities through phone, email, and in‑person outreach.
• Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives.
• Attend industry events and meet potential clients to build relationships.
• Learn and clearly articulate Rho’s value proposition to prospects across various industries.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and collaborate with marketing and product teams on new features and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for fintech and willingness to learn financial products and services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for record‑keeping.

What we offer

• Base salary of $72,000 with an uncapped quarterly performance bonus.
• Total on‑target earnings up to $93,000.
