Appointment Setter

About the role

SG Services is seeking motivated Appointment Setters to join its fully remote sales development team. You will help businesses across multiple industries connect with decision‑makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers and schedule qualified sales appointments.
• Follow approved outreach strategies and maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Computer with minimum 8 GB RAM and Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps with backup connection.
• Backup computer or device available for technical issues.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems and sales‑engagement platforms.
