Customer Service Associate – Remote

About the role

Join Qleen’s customer service team to be the first point of contact for homeowners and service providers. You will handle inbound calls, emails, texts and web chats, assisting with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling and software troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer and service‑provider inquiries via email, text and chat.
• Assist customers with booking services, making changes, and resolving issues.
• Support service providers with work‑order questions, policy clarifications and technical problems.
• Troubleshoot software issues for both customers and providers.
• Collaborate with a fully remote team using communication and training tools.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and able to track progress on multiple tasks.
• Self‑managing with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling uncommon customer service situations.
• Professional, efficient, consistent and honest.

Required skills

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications.
• Capability to analyze customer emails and craft thoughtful responses.
• Effective phone communication without nervousness.
• Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions.
