Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual Spanish)

About the role

Super Dispatch is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Customer Support Specialist to assist carriers, drivers, shippers, and brokers. You will handle platform inquiries, billing issues, and SuperPay support while delivering an exceptional user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel support (email, chat, phone) for a diverse user base.
• Investigate and resolve billing concerns, subscription management, and payment inquiries.
• Assist users with SuperPay, addressing transaction and setup issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex cases.
• Educate users on platform features and create knowledge‑base content.
• Collect feedback and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS or technical environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Fluent Spanish proficiency.
• Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts (11 a.m.–7 p.m. CST).

Required skills

• Experience with billing/payment platforms such as Braintree or Chargebee.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
