BDC Agent – Automotive Service

About the role

The Business Development Center (BDC) Agent will engage with existing and prospective customers to schedule vehicle service appointments and support sales leads for Central Houston Cadillac.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, social media, or in person to provide product and service information.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Receive inbound sales leads and direct them to appropriate contacts.
• Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and resolve inquiries or complaints.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Service‑oriented mindset with ability to resolve grievances.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
