Customer Service Representative

About the role

Helpware is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers via phone and chat. You will handle prescription drug inquiries, mail‑order issues, and guide users through basic resolution steps while becoming an expert on GLP‑1 products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level assistance via phone and chat for prescription submissions, tracking, refills, and PHI updates.
• Maintain high Customer Service Satisfaction Ratings by using key resources effectively.
• Guide users through online payments and electronic medical records (EMR) processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to improve support processes.
• Track interactions for first‑call resolution and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service (phone, email, or live chat).
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Willingness to work all shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM and online support tools.
• Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills.
