Chatroom Operator

About the role

Drips is seeking a Chatroom Operator to join its work‑from‑home conversation improvement team. You will help ensure automated humanized texting interactions remain accurate and contextually appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Quickly read and respond to inbound consumer messages in the chatroom, using point‑and‑click canned responses.
• Maintain a 97%+ accuracy rate by correctly categorising user inputs and selecting appropriate response buttons.
• Ensure conversations stay on track and empathetic, handling varied user statements such as “Can’t talk/bad news”.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of excellence.
• Reliable internet connection, computer with up‑to‑date software, and ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Comfortable working a minimum of 6 straight hours per day, 3‑5 days per week.

Required skills

• Proficient typing skills (no hunt‑and‑peck).
• Strong grammar, spelling, and logical reasoning.
• Ability to use emojis appropriately in responses.

What we offer

• Compensation of $10‑$13 per hour, part‑time (up to 27 hours/week).
• Flexible shift options (9am‑3pm, 11am‑5pm, 4pm‑10pm) and remote work.
