About the role
Join Home Genius Exteriors as a Call Center Representative and become the first point of contact for potential customers. You will handle inbound calls, overcome objections, and schedule consultations to drive sales success.
Key responsibilities

- Document every interaction in the CRM accurately.
- Participate in paid training and apply learned techniques.
