Analytics & Insights Manager

About the role

Locala, an adaptive advertising platform, is hiring an Analytics & Insights Manager to lead reporting and insights for its Sales Enablement organization. The manager turns complex data into actionable insights that improve sales performance and decision-making, reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and works in a hybrid schedule in the Miami office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics partner for the CS Enablement team, responding to ad hoc requests and turning business questions into data-driven recommendations
• Analyze campaign, product adoption and customer performance data, and build presentations and executive-ready reports
• Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams on datasets, and develop best practices for data requests and workflows
• Own reporting processes and dashboards: build recurring reports, dashboards monitoring KPIs, and standardize reporting across campaigns
• Improve reporting accuracy, document reporting processes, and recommend automation opportunities
• Establish KPIs for training effectiveness, product adoption and seller performance, and evaluate workflows for continuous improvement
• Partner with Product, Sales Operations, Marketing and Customer Success, and scale analytics capabilities as the organization grows

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics or revenue operations
• Experience working with large datasets and communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Hybrid availability in Miami

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
• SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets
• Dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar
• Cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Databricks
• Preferred: Python for automation, API and data integration experience, ETL knowledge

• Salary range of $80-90k, with up to a $10k bonus
