Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

An international event technology rental and solutions provider, supported by its client, is seeking a proactive, target-driven Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate new business growth and expand its presence across the region. The position is permanent, based in Miami County, with a stated pay of S$6,000 to S$8,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new B2B clients, including event agencies, organisers, corporations, PCOs and DMCs.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through proposals, negotiations and closing, using the CRM.
• Build long-term partnerships with event registration software vendors and technology providers.
• Represent the company at industry events, gather market intelligence and work with international operational teams.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of B2B sales, business development or new-account acquisition experience, with a proven record of independently sourcing and closing business.
• Preferred: experience in event technology, MICE, exhibitions, IT equipment rentals or B2B technology solutions, ideally with an established local or regional network.
• Self-driven, commercially minded, comfortable with CRM reporting and willing to travel within Singapore and APAC.
