About the role

Rox is building an AI operating system for revenue teams and is looking for candidates to co‑design their own seat within the organization. The process is AI‑native, flexible, and adapts to both the individual and the company’s current moment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the lane you want to work in (research, build, GTM, growth, or other).
• Specify problem fit, time allocation, team size, culture non‑negotiables, and compensation expectations.

• Willingness to engage in a 10–12 minute “Make Me Move” application flow.
