Advisor Experience Associate

About the role

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA combining expert advisors with technology to deliver a tailored wealth management experience. As an Advisor Experience Associate, you will provide operational, scheduling and execution support to Advisor Experience Managers and act as the internal project manager, coordinating workflows, departmental handoffs and resources for advisor transitions. The role suits someone early in their career who values organization and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and project management support to Advisor Experience Managers
• Maintain and update advisor timelines, tasks and dependencies in task management workflows
• Liaise with Compliance, PDE, Billing, Operations and Marketing to deliver deliverables before and after Discovery
• Route and verify compliance documentation before submission
• Track task progress through the internal portal and maintain near real-time dashboards
• Support technology setup and reporting documentation for executives
• Help plan resources and balance workloads, and prepare Pre-Day-One Operations Checklist reports
• Generate weekly advisor readiness summaries and issue trackers, aiming for 98% of tasks completed within SLA

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination or client services (financial services experience preferred)
• Organized, meticulous and able to coordinate across departments and stakeholders
• Self-starter who owns responsibilities and works well under pressure
