Account Manager

About the role

Range is building an AI‑powered wealth‑management platform and needs an Account Manager to drive sales efforts. You will engage inbound prospects, qualify leads, and hand them off to the advisory team while helping grow the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from the website, ads, referrals and other channels.
• Qualify prospects by discussing their financial needs and determining fit.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Re‑engage warm leads that have not yet booked a meeting.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and messaging.
• Track call volume, meetings scheduled and conversion metrics.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, business development or a client‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage time effectively.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Interest in financial services, wealth management or related fields.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Outreach or similar sales engagement platforms.
