Account Executive – Midwest Territory

About the role

Rula is seeking a high‑energy Account Executive to own a Midwest territory, combining digital prospecting with field sales to expand access to mental health patient care. The role blends remote work with two days per week of in‑person meetings within a 2.5‑hour radius of your major metro hub.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle end‑to‑end, using lead lists to hunt, consult, and close healthcare providers through aggressive outbound phone prospecting.
• Spend two days a week in the field leading in‑person meetings, relationship management, and account development across the designated Midwest market.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, manage deals in Salesforce, and achieve quota‑based performance targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of outbound sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare, with a proven quota‑attainment record.
• 2+ years of self‑sourced pipeline generation through cold calling and other outbound channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging both providers and practice staff.
• Current residence in one of the target markets (Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis‑St. Paul, St Louis, Kansas City, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, or Milwaukee) and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
