Sales Associate

About the role

Next Generation Inc. is expanding its sales team and seeks a motivated Sales Associate to drive revenue growth for its Human Capital Management SaaS solutions. The role focuses on prospecting, lead qualification, and supporting deal progression, with a base in Chicago and flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling and outbound prospecting using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and other tools.
• Manage pipeline and track activities in Salesforce.com, and follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns.
• Support deal progression and business closings alongside senior sales leadership and solution consultants.
• Communicate Next Generation Inc.’s value proposition to HR, IT and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and attend industry events.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with a proven record in cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience selling Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to HR/IT audiences.
• Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and a results‑driven mindset.
