Account Executive

About the role

Remarcable is seeking an Account Executive to own a territory and drive new business with specialty contractors. You will use a hands‑on, credibility‑driven sales process to understand contractor workflows and demonstrate how Remarcable’s SaaS platform improves margins and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own a territory, creating and closing new business with contractors.
• Learn how customers buy, track, cost, and manage materials and translate that into financial impact.
• Build pipeline and relationships through targeted outreach, distributor contacts, market research, and industry events.
• Conduct discovery conversations with owners, purchasing managers, CFOs, and deliver thorough product demos.
• Manage multi‑stakeholder deals, negotiate with integrity, and hand customers to Customer Success with a clear success plan.
• Exceed monthly sales quotas and feed field intel back to marketing and product teams.

Required profile

• Consult credibly with contractors, understanding job costing, purchasing, and daily project operations.
• Discipline in pipeline management and treat the territory like your own business.
• Flexibility to meet both warehouse managers and CFOs in the same day.
• Curious, coachable, empathetic, competitive, optimistic, and motivated to win as part of a team.
• Technology‑savvy with a track record of consistent sales success, preferably in construction tech, MEP contracting, distribution, supply chain, or AP tech.

Required skills

• Experience using SaaS software solutions.
