Account Executive

About the role

Raylu is an AI sourcing engine for private markets, helping growth equity, VC and PE funds discover and qualify companies faster. As an Account Executive you will own a full‑cycle book of business, selling the platform to senior investment professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new‑logo and expansion revenue against an $800K+ ARR quota, forecasting monthly and quarterly.
• Build multi‑threaded relationships with Managing Directors, Heads of Origination, Operating Partners and data/IT leaders.
• Lead discovery, proof‑of‑value pilots and craft ROI business cases that quantify sourcing lift and cycle‑time reduction.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from first meeting to multi‑year agreements, then partner with post‑sales for rollout and expansion.
• Represent Raylu at industry events, dinners and in‑person meetings to strengthen the brand.

Required profile

• 3+ years closing complex B2B SaaS or data platform deals, with experience selling to institutional investors or financial‑services buyers.
• Consistent performance against $800K+ ARR quotas or equivalent enterprise targets.
• Strong pipeline generation discipline and proven sales methodology.
• Understanding of fund operations, sourcing, diligence and investment metrics.
• Executive presence to engage senior investment leaders and simplify complex technology.
