Automotive Salesperson

About the role

Busy car dealership is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join Cecil Atkission Motors. You will guide customers through the buying process, build lasting relationships, and represent the dealership’s vehicle inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Assist every customer who enters the dealership, answering questions and helping them decide on a purchase.
• Explain vehicle performance, options, and technology, and conduct professional demonstrations of new and used cars.
• Report objectives, activities, and results to the Sales Manager and follow up with buyers to generate referrals.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships and support teammates by sharing product knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven automotive sales experience with a strong drive to sell vehicles.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and varied hours.
• High energy, competitive personality, and excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to undergo a background check.
