Associate Representative - Customer Service

About the role

The Associate Representative - Customer Service will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person visits, providing resolutions and information. This position supports both routine issues and escalated matters, ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone or in person to provide information and resolve complaints, special orders, or returns.
• Obtain and examine relevant information to assess complaint validity and determine causes.
• Process orders, provide pricing and service updates, and maintain records of all customer interactions.
• Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments and complete customer invoicing.
• Identify additional product or service opportunities and collaborate with sales managers on opportunity ownership.

Required profile

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree or college diploma preferred.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience, with 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic problem‑solving ability and strong written and verbal communication skills.
