Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Join AT&T’s retail team as a Part‑Time Sales Consultant, working evenings and weekends to help customers choose the right devices and services. You’ll earn a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions while developing your sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options and services.
• Participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based shifts posted two weeks in advance.
• Adapt quickly to new technology and evolving customer needs in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required profile

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, and the ability to stay flexible and open to change.
