Cecil Atkission Motors is looking for a knowledgeable and customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join our team in Texas. You will help customers and service technicians locate and order the right parts, ensuring efficient vehicle repairs and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and service staff in identifying and locating automobile parts.
• Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Order and stock parts efficiently to maintain inventory levels.
• Maintain records of sales and inventory transactions.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve parts‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
