Sales Manager – Automotive Dealership

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Manager to lead our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in Uvalde. You will drive volume and profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience across showroom and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of automotive sales consultants to meet monthly volume and gross profit targets.
• Oversee new and used vehicle inventory, including pricing, merchandising, and trade‑in reconditioning.
• Assist consultants in structuring deals, financing options, and maximizing finance & insurance opportunities.
• Monitor dealership CRM workflows to maximize lead conversion and ensure robust customer follow‑up.
• Implement sales strategies for CDJR brands based on local market trends and factory incentives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as an automotive Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager.
• Strong background with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, including familiarity with factory incentives and ordering systems.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in both new and used vehicle departments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major automotive CRM systems such as VinSolutions or Elead.
• Experience using inventory management tools like vAuto.
