Account Executive, Growth

About the role

Reducto is seeking a high‑energy Account Executive to drive revenue growth for its AI‑powered document platform. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with the founding team to shape product and go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage enterprise prospects, qualifying technical buyers quickly.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, presenting Reducto’s AI/ML document‑processing solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Maintain a high volume of concurrent deals while ensuring quality and timely follow‑up.
• Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding quota in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably with AI/ML or data‑infrastructure products.
• Strong execution focus and ability to thrive in a fast‑growth, high‑velocity environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with senior decision‑makers.
• Willingness to work onsite in Reducto’s West Village office five days a week.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and document‑processing technologies.
• Technical fluency with APIs, extraction accuracy metrics, and model behavior.
