Account Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Account Development Representative to join our growing team. This early‑career position offers broad exposure to sales, customer engagement, partner relationships, and business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets, customer segments, and strategic partners.
• Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outbound outreach.
• Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and email campaigns to engage prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate prospect, lead, and opportunity data in CRM systems.
• Support customer discovery calls, product demonstrations, sales presentations, and follow‑up communications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, resellers, partners, and key accounts while supporting account management activities.
• Prepare customer‑facing proposals, presentations, reports, and sales documentation.
• Support internal sales processes, cross‑functional initiatives, and special projects that drive company growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a growing environment.
• Interest in sales, business development, customer success and technology.
• Comfortable working across multiple areas of the business.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
