About the role

The Academic Visitor MSS Admin position is a short‑term internship for a University of Central Arkansas student. Working within the IMSL/CVS service line at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, the intern will gain hands‑on experience in the business and administrative aspects of clinical operations.

Key responsibilities

Assist with special projects related to clinics, resident programs, and reporting.
Support data collection, analysis, and preparation of administrative reports.
Collaborate with staff on workflow improvements and documentation.
Participate in meetings to understand the operational needs of medical services.

Required profile

Current student at University of Central Arkansas.
Interest in healthcare administration and business processes.
Ability to work on a contingent basis and comply with university vaccination policies.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
