Product Manager – CPAP Masks and Interfaces

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and customer‑focused Product Manager to lead strategy, development and lifecycle management of our CPAP and respiratory mask portfolio. The role will identify market opportunities, translate user needs into innovative solutions and drive cross‑functional execution from concept through commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps for CPAP masks, respiratory interfaces and accessories.
• Conduct market analysis, gather voice‑of‑customer insights and define business cases for new product initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical, regulatory and quality teams throughout development, ensuring compliance and usability.
• Lead product launches, create positioning and value propositions, and track adoption metrics.
• Monitor portfolio performance, recommend actions to improve market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in medical devices, healthcare products or respiratory care.
• Proven ability to manage products through the full development lifecycle in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FDA regulations and MDR compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality standards.
• Human factors engineering and user‑centered design expertise.
• Product lifecycle management for medical devices.
