Therapist – Clinical Mental Health & Substance Abuse

About the role

Seven Arrows Recovery is seeking a compassionate Therapist to join its mental health and behavioral services team. The role involves providing evidence‑based therapeutic support to individuals with mental health and chemical dependency challenges, helping them build resilience and achieve personal goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients’ strengths, needs, and preferences, formulate diagnostic impressions using DSM criteria, and develop collaborative treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling, facilitate educational and support groups, and document all activities in client records.
• Complete treatment plans, discharge summaries, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate services with community resources and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care.
• Deliver crisis intervention when authorized and participate in after‑hours backup rotation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field.
• Current clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LISAC) and at least 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification, TB test, and Fingerprint Clearance Card.
