Virtual MSK Physical Therapist (Eastern and Central Time Zones Preferred)

About the role

RightMove Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide virtual musculoskeletal evaluations, triage, and care planning for patients across the Eastern and Central time zones. The role operates Monday‑Friday during business hours (ET) and reports to the VP of Care Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual musculoskeletal triage and follow‑up visits, assessing symptoms, functional limitations, and clinical risk.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based care plans and deliver virtual physical therapy interventions focused on functional improvement.
• Identify red and yellow flags, coordinate with Care Coordinators, and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers or specialists for medical escalation.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory, payer, and organizational standards.

Required profile

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE‑accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted physical therapy license in the state(s) where care will be delivered.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (preference for 5 years).
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and comfort delivering care in a virtual, video‑based environment.
