About the role
Join Bosch’s production line as a Value Stream Material Handler on the 2nd shift. You will support the flow of components to workstations, ensure finished goods are posted correctly, and keep the shop floor organized and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver components to each workstation according to order requirements.
- Post finished goods and transport items to shrink‑bundling stations.
- Stage material, replenish supermarkets, and close shop orders.
- Operate lift equipment, walkie stacker, stand‑up reach lift, forklift and pallet jack.
- Unload and reload pallets, print labels, and follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of high‑risk items, safety requirements, milk‑run pick‑up points, KanBan methodology, 5S standards and the 14 Quality Basics.
Required profile
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day.
- Capability to lift boxes up to 40 lb.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Certification on lift equipment (walkie stacker, reach lift, forklift).
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision while partnering with the Shift Coordinator and Logistics team.
