Packaging Manager

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking a full‑time Packaging Manager to lead its packaging department at the Brookville facility. The role ensures compliance with state regulations, drives continuous improvement, and mentors the packaging team to support the company’s mission of normalizing and professionalizing cannabis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the packaging department in line with Cresco’s SOPs.
• Create compliance labels using MJ Freeway software and coordinate with quality teams to verify accuracy.
• Identify and implement safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Coach and mentor packaging staff, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align packaging processes with overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a packaging or production team in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of state cannabis packaging regulations.
• Ability to analyze processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑departmental coordination.
