Warehouse Operations Support – First Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Support role ensures smooth daily warehouse activities on the first shift while acting as a safety and training champion for the team. You will help maintain continuity, compliance, and operational stability in a fast‑paced, ISO‑certified environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and support daily warehouse tasks (pick, put‑away, receive, ship) following standard work, safety, and quality guidelines.
• Cover the coordinator role during absences or peak periods to keep operations running.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher, and process‑specific training, including safety and equipment usage.
• Track, document, and plan annual training for all PIT operators.
• Act as a shop‑floor safety ambassador, support weekly safety audits and Tachinbo walks, and report safety incidents and related costs.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand and be mobile for 8 hours.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Experience with forklift operations (senior level preferred).

• Forklift Operations (senior level).
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Projects, Forms).
• SAP‑ERP system usage.
• Operations training delivery.
