Bulk Ops Specialist

About the role

Stadium, a platform for employee recognition, swag and gifting, is expanding its Operations team with a remote Bulk Ops Specialist. The team supports customers and suppliers on the platform, builds trust and nurtures lasting relationships. The role is based in New York City but is remote; candidates living outside the US are hired as independent contractors through Deel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bulk operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an excellent experience for customers and vendors.
• Own end-to-end operational flows for bulk orders and operational KPIs.
• Optimize and improve workflows using data-backed decisions, AI and business intelligence.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing or people-oriented roles.
• English as a first language (additional languages a plus).
• Solutions-oriented, organized and process-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Team player with a patient, empathetic and approachable attitude.
