Training & Development Associate

About the role

The Training & Development Associate partners with all departments to assess and deliver training solutions across the organization. This role manages the learning management system (LMS), supports project‑specific training, and ensures training documentation is accurate and accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs, coordinate delivery, and act as the primary LMS administrator, including onboarding, user credential management, and course maintenance.
• Administer project‑specific training in the LMS, create PST groups and courses, and transfer certificates of completion to the eTMF.
• Provide Helpdesk support for LMS and PST tickets, and serve as a resource for the Training and Development team.
• Market training sessions, manage the CTI University SharePoint site, and assist with organization‑wide training needs assessments.
• Collaborate with directors, QA, and other functional areas to revise SOPs, ensure policy compliance, and evaluate training outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and experience using complex electronic systems.
• Strong customer service background with the ability to think critically and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good judgment in decision‑making.
