Temporary Leasing Professional – Property Management

About the role

The Leasing Professional supports the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. This temporary position involves greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including qualifying prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, manage prospect data, and generate reports.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses or certifications required for leasing activities.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Experience using Yardi for leasing and resident data management.
• Familiarity with internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
