Technical Support Engineer (Americas)

About the role

Join zero-hash as a Technical Support Engineer focused on the Americas region. You will ensure digital asset and fiat transactions run smoothly, troubleshoot complex client integrations, and build internal tools that improve support efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deep‑dive into code and client integrations to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering to prioritize bugs, product gaps, and client feedback.
• Build internal tools, scripts, and dashboards to streamline support processes and monitor API health.
• Create alerts, monitors, and runbooks to catch issues early.
• Provide incident management support for enterprise partners during critical application or infrastructure outages.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in technical client‑facing support, solutions engineering, or software development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, websockets, and webhooks.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Rust).
• Experience with logging, documentation, ticket‑tracking, and SLA monitoring tools.
